Privacy Policy
How pur3d.com handles account information, AI inputs, outputs and payment records.
Version: 2026-09-11-r2 · Last updated: September 11, 2026
1. Scope and contact
The operator of pur3d.com (PUR3D) is responsible for the personal information handled for this service. Contact support@pur3d.com for privacy requests or questions about the operator.
This policy covers the website, image and 3D workspaces, account functions and knowledge library. It should be read with our Terms of Service and Cookie Policy. Reading or using the site is not, by itself, consent to optional advertising or other processing that legally requires separate consent.
2. Information we handle
| Information | Examples and source | Main purposes |
|---|---|---|
| Account information | Name or display name, email, verification status, password hash, account identifiers and anti-abuse checks derived from them (such as registration-gift eligibility) | Authentication, account access and support |
| Creative inputs | Prompts, reference images, selected model, resolution, quality and 3D settings that you submit | Carrying out the requested image or 3D generation |
| Results and history | Generated files, thumbnails, job identifiers, status, errors, credit usage and download/access records | Delivering results, history, retries and credit reconciliation |
| Purchase records | Checkout/order identifiers, amount, currency, payment status, subscription period, refunds and billing contact information returned by the payment provider | Providing paid benefits, receipts, refunds, accounting and disputes |
| Support communications | Messages, account email and order references you send us | Resolving questions and requests |
| Technical and security data | IP/network information, browser or device information, request timestamps, session records and error/security logs | Operating and protecting the service, diagnosing failures and preventing abuse |
| Public library content | Published titles, previews, descriptions, sources and translations | Public discovery, educational reading and authorized downloads |
Do not send passwords, card security codes, government identification or other highly sensitive information in prompts or support messages unless it is specifically necessary and you have been given an appropriate secure process. Google sign-in and marketing-newsletter enrollment are not currently enabled on PUR3D.
3. Why processing takes place
We use information to provide the service you request, maintain accounts, deliver paid credits and access, handle support and refunds, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, these purposes rely on contract performance, applicable legal obligations, or legitimate operational and security interests as appropriate. Processing that requires consent will rely on that consent, which may be withdrawn without invalidating earlier lawful processing.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Providing information to a processor to perform the services described here is different from advertising use.
4. Service providers and disclosure
- Infrastructure and technical service providers: support website operation, file storage, email, security and performance maintenance.
- Waffo Pancake: hosted checkout, payment and subscription processing, and the billing portal. Complete card numbers and card security codes are handled by the payment infrastructure and are not stored on PUR3D servers. Applicable payment-provider terms and privacy notices are available in the hosted payment experience.
- AI technical service providers: process necessary inputs and settings to fulfill the image, 3D generation or related content requests you initiate. The information provided depends on the task and does not include unrelated account history.
We do not run a separate model-training program using your private inputs. We cannot promise that every independent processor has identical retention or training practices; its applicable terms also govern its processing. We may disclose necessary information to meet lawful requests, protect rights and security, or carry out a business transfer subject to applicable privacy obligations. Other disclosures requiring your permission will be made with that permission.
Content-safety reviews, reports and appeals
To enforce Section 9 of the Terms, the selected AI provider may evaluate inputs and outputs through its safety controls while processing generation requests. Coverage and processing differ between providers. PUR3D does not claim to independently scan every input and output.
When handling reports, appeals or suspected violations, the operator may review necessary prompts, reference files, generated results, task and account identifiers, available error or security records, and contact details and explanations you submit. This supports violation assessment, correction of mistaken rejections, abuse prevention and legal compliance. A report does not itself authorize public disclosure of your identity or private creative content. Access and disclosure are limited to people or service providers needed to handle the matter, or authorities legally entitled to receive information. We cannot promise absolute confidentiality in all legal proceedings.
Reports, appeals and necessary evidence are retained while needed for investigation, appeals, abuse prevention or legal obligations, then reviewed for deletion or de-identification. Unresolved disputes or legal preservation duties may require longer retention. This processing relies on applicable legitimate security interests or legal obligations and is not used for a separate model-training program. Email support@pur3d.com to ask about relevant records, exercise applicable data rights or submit a content-safety appeal. Submit only necessary information and do not email illegal material.
5. Visibility of content
Share links to generated files carefully and safeguard important or sensitive content.
Reference files and 3D download routes have separate access controls. Providers receive the references needed for a submitted task. Content deliberately published in the science library is public to the extent shown; subscriber-only content and protected downloads retain their access rules. A generation request does not by itself authorize publication of a science entry.
6. Cookies and performance measurement
We use authentication and preference cookies, local storage for preferences, and tab-session storage to restore library browsing. The Cookie Policy lists their purpose and lifetime.
We use basic page and performance metrics to maintain and improve the service, not for cross-site advertising tracking. Optional processing that legally requires separate consent will have the appropriate information and choices.
7. Retention and deletion
| Category | Retention or expiry approach |
|---|---|
| Login sessions | Up to 7 days under current session configuration, refreshed through continued use; session-cache entries last up to 1 hour |
| Browser preferences | The lifetimes in the Cookie Policy, or until you clear the relevant browser storage |
| Active account, inputs and results | Kept while needed to provide account history, requested processing and access, unless deleted through supported controls or an erasure request |
| Closed-account operational records | Account closure revokes access and anonymizes or disables certain identifiers; it does not immediately erase every historical row, stored object, backup or legal record |
| Billing, credit and dispute records | Kept for relevant accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute obligations; the applicable obligation and unresolved claim determine the necessary period |
| Support and technical records | Kept for the support or security purpose and any related unresolved issue, then reviewed for deletion or de-identification |
Deleting a history entry, deleting a file and closing an account have different effects. File deletion may remove an object, while history and account deletion can first remove visibility or revoke access. We do not represent that all copies are automatically purged a fixed number of days after account closure. Ask support for erasure review or the retention criteria relevant to a particular record. Where lawful retention is required, we restrict the remaining information to that purpose.
8. Your choices and rights
You can correct supported account details, delete supported files/history, manage subscription renewal, and request account closure through settings. Active subscriptions or unsettled jobs may need to be resolved first; contact us if you need assistance. Cancellation of billing is not the same as a data-erasure request.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, or an objection to certain processing. California residents and residents of other applicable U.S. states may have additional rights, including limits on certain uses and an appeal where the law provides one. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable rights.
Email support@pur3d.com, describe the request and provide the account email. We may reasonably verify identity or an authorized agent's authority. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days; legally required deadlines and permitted extensions govern where applicable. You may complain to the privacy regulator with authority over your situation. Legal exceptions may require some records to be retained even when other data is deleted.
9. Security and international processing
We use HTTPS, password hashing, authentication and service-side access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We will provide notices of a reportable security incident as required by applicable law, rather than promising one universal deadline for every incident.
Our technical service providers may process information in different countries. Cross-border safeguards required by applicable law must be used where relevant; contact support for information about an applicable processing arrangement. This policy does not claim that a particular contractual transfer mechanism or certification has been verified for every provider.
10. Age, messages and changes
PUR3D accounts and paid services are intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children; contact us if a child has submitted information so we can investigate and address it.
We send service-related messages such as verification, password reset, billing and security communications. Marketing newsletters are not currently enabled. If optional marketing is introduced, it will have the required choice and unsubscribe mechanism; opting out of marketing will not prevent necessary service messages.
We will update the date on this policy when it changes and provide additional notice of material changes where required. Third-party sites linked from PUR3D have their own policies. For questions, contact support@pur3d.com or our contact page.
