Terms of Service
Terms for PUR3D image generation, 3D creation, subscriptions and credits.
Version: 2026-09-11-r3 · Updated September 11, 2026
1. Who provides the service
pur3d.com (PUR3D) is operated by an individual based in the United States. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator providing the service under the PUR3D name. Questions about the service or its operator may be sent to support@pur3d.com.
These Terms apply to pur3d.com, its image-generation and 3D workspaces, and the 3D knowledge library. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to create an account or purchase services. If acting for an organization, you must have its authorization.
2. What PUR3D provides
PUR3D provides online tools for generating images from prompts and reference images, creating and previewing 3D assets, and downloading supported results such as GLB files. The library offers published science entries and models; some require an active subscription.
We may engage technical service providers to process the inputs and settings necessary to fulfill image, 3D generation and related content requests. Availability and output may vary.
Generated output can be inaccurate, non-unique or unsuitable for a particular use. A model is not automatically manufacturing-ready, dimensionally accurate, watertight, medically valid or safety-certified. Library content is educational, not professional advice. Review outputs and verify facts before relying on them.
3. Accounts and security
Provide an accurate email address, complete verification, and keep credentials private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Report suspected misuse to support. Do not share or resell account access or circumvent account, payment, rate or safety restrictions.
Closing an account and canceling a subscription are different actions. Active billing and unsettled jobs can prevent account closure until they are resolved. Contact support if you cannot resolve a blocker through the account settings.
4. Plans, credits and delivery
Current offers appear on our pricing page. Monthly and annual Starter, Pro and Ultimate plans include 1,000, 2,500 and 6,000 credits per entitlement month, respectively. Annual plans are paid for a full year and release credits in monthly installments, not all at once. Entitlement months follow the subscription schedule rather than necessarily the calendar month.
Unused subscription credits expire at the end of their entitlement month and do not roll over. Eligible active subscribers may buy one-time credit packs. Those purchased credits do not expire merely because a subscription ends. The service uses eligible credits that expire sooner before permanent credits. Credits are service units, not cash, deposits or an investment, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except through an eligible refund.
The selected model, resolution, quality, output count and 3D parameters determine the cost shown before submission. “From” prices and maximum output estimates assume the lowest-cost settings and use the entire allowance for that one purpose; estimates for different models cannot be added together.
Access and credits are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed. Confirmation may take additional time while the payment provider processes the transaction. Failed generation jobs return the credits due under the service's failure-handling process; this is a credit adjustment, not a cash refund. A completed output that does not match a subjective preference is not necessarily a failed job.
5. Billing, annual prices and renewal
Payments are processed through Waffo Pancake's hosted checkout. The payment entity, order amount, taxes and any additional purchase terms applicable to a transaction are shown at checkout or on its receipt. PUR3D receives order and subscription records but does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.
A subscription authorizes recurring charges for the chosen monthly or annual billing interval until cancellation. A displayed annual-plan monthly equivalent is the annual price divided by twelve for comparison only: the full annual amount is charged in one payment. For example, $35.83/month on an annual Pro plan means $430 charged per year, not twelve separate $35.83 charges. Rounding of the comparison figure does not change the annual total.
Each credit-pack purchase is a separately authorized one-time charge. PUR3D does not currently offer automatic credit-pack top-ups. Review the final checkout total and tax information before paying. Any subscription price change will be disclosed before it applies to a future renewal, with an opportunity to cancel.
6. Canceling a subscription
Open Settings → Billing and use the hosted billing portal to manage or cancel renewal. Use the email associated with the purchase if the portal asks you to verify access. If that process fails, contact support@pur3d.com before the renewal date and include your order reference.
Cancellation stops future renewals once it is confirmed; it does not itself refund an earlier payment. Paid access normally continues through the end of the already-paid billing period. For an annual plan, remaining monthly credit installments continue within that paid entitlement period, subject to account status and these Terms. Permanent purchased credits remain available after an ordinary subscription expiry. Account closure ends access to the account, so resolve refunds and download needed results before closing it.
7. Refunds and billing mistakes
The following 24-hour refund rule applies to purchases made after this version is published. Earlier purchases retain the terms applicable when purchased. The window is 24 consecutive hours from successful payment, not a calendar-day deadline.
Contact support@pur3d.com with the purchase email and order ID. Do not send card numbers or security codes.
- Subscription purchases: monthly, annual and renewal orders qualify for a full refund request within 24 hours after that order's successful payment if none of that purchase's credits or paid benefits have been used. Consuming the corresponding credits or accessing or downloading corresponding paid-only content counts as use.
- One-time credit packs: request a full refund within 24 hours after that order's successful payment if none of the credits from that pack have been consumed.
- What unused means: eligibility is assessed for the purchase being refunded, not for every historical purchase in the account. Any use of that purchase's credits or paid benefits makes it ineligible under this unused-purchase rule.
- Used purchases or requests after 24 hours: the above refund policy does not apply, except for the cases below or rights required by law. Remaining time after cancellation does not automatically qualify for a prorated refund.
- Duplicate or incorrect charges: report the problem so the records can be checked and the confirmed billing error corrected. A material failure to provide a paid service may qualify for a refund or other remedy according to the circumstances and applicable law.
Approved cash refunds are handled through the payment provider to the original payment method where possible; bank processing time varies. Refunded benefits and related unused credits may be revoked. Do not continue using benefits for which you are requesting an unused-purchase refund.
Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights, including withdrawal or cancellation rights that apply to your purchase. We do not treat mere use as a waiver of a statutory right unless the law's consent and acknowledgment requirements have been met. Please contact us about a suspected billing error; doing so does not remove your right to contact your bank or exercise lawful dispute rights.
8. Inputs, generated output and library rights
You must have the rights and permissions needed for every prompt, image and other file you submit, including any relevant privacy or publicity permission. You retain your rights in your inputs. You give us only the permission needed to process them, use the relevant service providers, store and deliver results, maintain security, and fulfill requests you authorize.
PUR3D does not claim ownership of images and 3D models generated for you. To the extent you hold the necessary rights, you may use, edit, reproduce, publish and sell those outputs for lawful personal or commercial purposes. This is not a guarantee that an output is copyrightable, exclusive or free of third-party rights.
Library texts, source material and published assets may have separate licenses or notices. Subscription access is not a transfer of ownership or a blanket license to redistribute the library. Keep applicable source acknowledgments and follow the license associated with the content you use.
A generation does not automatically become a published science entry. Share links to generated files carefully and safeguard important or sensitive content. We do not run our own model-training program using your private inputs; necessary data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptable use and AI content safety
These rules apply to prompts, reference images, uploads, generated images and 3D assets, and content stored, shared or published through PUR3D. Do not request, generate, upload, distribute or facilitate any of the following six categories, including through coded prompts or attempts to bypass safeguards:
- Pornography / NSFW: sexually explicit content, sexual acts, fetish pornography or sexualized nudity, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Violence / gore: graphic injury, mutilation, torture, dismemberment, extreme gore, or content that glorifies, threatens or incites violence, terrorism or violent extremism.
- Hate speech: content attacking, dehumanizing, discriminating against or inciting hostility or violence toward people based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability.
- Child-unsafe content / CSAM: any sexualization, exploitation, grooming or abuse of minors, including fictional, synthetic or AI-generated child sexual abuse material. This prohibition also covers content that endangers children.
- Deepfakes / impersonation: unauthorized depictions of real people, deceptive impersonation of people or organizations, fabricated endorsements, identity fraud, and non-consensual synthetic intimate content.
- Copyright / trademark infringement: content that copies, uses or distributes protected works, characters, logos or brands without the necessary rights, permission or other lawful basis, or misleadingly suggests affiliation or endorsement.
Also prohibited are illegal activity, fraud, harassment, privacy or publicity-rights violations, malware, unauthorized access, evasion of payment or credit controls, safety-filter bypasses and unlawful bulk extraction. Do not present AI output as a verified professional finding where this could cause harm.
9.1 Content moderation
PUR3D uses the safety controls available from the selected AI service provider during generation. Provider safety rejections are handled as unsuccessful generation requests rather than successful results. Coverage varies by model and provider; this is not a claim that PUR3D independently scans every input or output, or that every result receives human review before delivery.
The operator reviews content-safety reports and appeals manually, using relevant prompts, referenced or generated content, task records and available error or security information as needed. Suspected serious violations, particularly child exploitation and threats of violence, are prioritized. Automated controls can miss harmful content or reject permissible requests; an output being delivered does not mean it is approved under these rules. Report suspected violations even if generation succeeded.
9.2 Reporting and appeals
Email support@pur3d.com with the subject “Content safety report” to report prohibited content, impersonation or intellectual-property infringement. Include the page URL or task ID, the category and reasons for concern, and a way to contact you. Rights holders should identify the affected work or mark and their relationship to it. Do not attach or redistribute suspected CSAM or other illegal material; provide the location or identifier instead.
To contest a restriction or a rejected request, email the same address with the subject “Content safety appeal”, the task or account reference and an explanation. We will review the relevant information and communicate the outcome where lawful and practical. The mailbox also handles ordinary customer support; no purchase or signed-in account is required to email us. This is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services for immediate danger.
9.3 Enforcement
Depending on severity, evidence and repeated violations, we may reject a request, warn the user, remove content or disable access to it, restrict service access, suspend an account or permanently terminate access. Serious violations may lead to immediate action without a prior warning. We may preserve necessary evidence and report suspected unlawful activity to competent authorities when required or permitted by law.
Where practical and lawful, we will explain restrictions and allow an appeal through the channel above. Review may lead to restoring access or maintaining the restriction. We limit use and disclosure of report and review information as described in our Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. If we discontinue a paid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will address undelivered prepaid benefits through an appropriate refund or other legally required remedy.
10. Privacy and service limitations
Our Privacy Policy explains processing, public delivery URLs, retention and deletion. The service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular generated result or permanent archival storage; keep your own copies of important work.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to PUR3D for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited, and do not limit mandatory consumer remedies.
11. Applicable law and changes
Applicable United States law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory laws and protections that apply where you live. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or remove a right to bring a claim before a competent court. Contact support to seek an informal resolution first if you wish.
Material changes will be notified through the site or the account email before they take effect where required by law. Changes do not retroactively replace the purchase terms that applied to an earlier transaction. The current version and effective date appear on this page.
12. Contact
For service, billing, cancellation, refunds, privacy, security or operator-identification questions, email support@pur3d.com or use our contact page. Please identify your request clearly and include the account email or order ID when relevant.
